1. Introduction

Bazario ("we", "our", "us") provides a mobile ordering platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Bazario application.

By creating an account or using the application, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

When you register and use Bazario, we collect the following information:

• Username
• First name and last name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Password (securely stored in encrypted form)
• Order history and transaction details
• Virtual coin balance and purchase history
• Payment confirmation screenshots uploaded by the user
• Precise location data (only when placing an order)

We do NOT use SMS verification. Login is performed using username and password.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected data strictly for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing user accounts
• Processing and delivering orders
• Calculating delivery fees
• Verifying coin purchases
• Preventing fraud or fake payments
• Providing customer support

We do NOT use personal data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

4. Location Data

Bazario requests precise location access only when a user places an order. Location is selected through Yandex Maps inside the application.

Location data is used solely to:

• Calculate delivery distance and cost
• Provide accurate delivery to the selected address

Location data is not used for tracking and is not collected in the background. It is only requested at the time of order placement.

5. Coin System and Payments

Bazario uses a virtual coin system. Coins are purchased by transferring money via external banking applications (such as Payme or other banking apps).

After payment, users upload a payment confirmation screenshot inside the app. This screenshot is reviewed manually by the administrator.

We reserve the right to reject or remove coins if fraudulent or invalid payments are detected.

6. Delivery Services

Delivery is arranged manually by the administrator using third-party delivery services such as Yandex Delivery.

To complete delivery, the user's selected address may be shared with the delivery service.

After arranging delivery, the administrator provides the user with:

• Delivery vehicle information
• Driver name
• Driver phone number

7. Data Storage

User data is securely stored in a protected SQLite database hosted on secure servers.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

8. Third-Party Services

Bazario may interact with the following third parties:

• Banking applications (for external payments)
• Yandex Delivery (for order fulfillment)
• Hosting provider (Timeweb)

We do NOT sell personal data to third parties. We do NOT use advertising networks. We do NOT use cross-app tracking.

Firebase is present in the application for potential future use, but it is currently NOT active and does not collect user data.

9. User Rights

Users may request account deactivation or data deletion by contacting support.

Users may also delete their authentication token by logging out of the application.

Multiple accounts may be created using the same phone number.

10. Children's Privacy

Bazario is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published on this page.
